That’s right folks, “It Takes a Village!” to throw a party like Halloween in Athens! For this year’s design we wanted to showcase some of the more popular costumes of the block party. When we started to look at it, we realized it looked a lot like a popular musical group from the 70’s and 80’s, so there you have it.
